This week
has been pretty good! I am starting to
learn a lot about being a leader and what it requires. This week has been full of lots of hard work. I do have an interesting tracting story: Elder
Godwin and I were out tracting last Sunday evening and I felt as though we
should go visit a potential investigator we have. Well she was busy, so we knocked on the neighbor’s
door and started up a good conversation about faith. At first she was really trying to say how Baptist
she was and tried to get us to go away, but I wouldn't take no for an
answer. So I started talking about how
the world needs Jesus and the got her to open right up, and she ended up giving
us some water. Near the end of the
conversation I saw the neighbors pull up so we ended with a prayer and went to
the neighbor’s house. And we had a
really awesome spiritual lesson with them.
Elder Godwin said he hasn't ever
felt the spirit so strong in his life.
This week
on Thursday we are going to Statesboro with half the mission to see Elder
Kiposke for our Zone Conference, so that should be tons of fun! Love you
all so much!
Love,
Elder
